At iVape, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to most locations within the United States. However, due to federal regulations and state-specific laws regarding the distribution of vape products, we are unable to deliver to certain states and territories.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not support international orders. Any purchase submitted with a non-U.S. address will be canceled and fully refunded.

2. State & Territory Restrictions

iVape complies with all federal regulations and state-specific laws regarding the distribution of vape products.

States We Cannot Ship To:

We are currently unable to deliver orders to the following states:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • District of Columbia
  • Hawaii
  • Maine
  • Nebraska
  • New Hampshire
  • New York
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio

  • Vermont

U.S. Territories We Cannot Ship To:

Additionally, we do not ship to U.S. territories including:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Military Addresses:

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, including:

  • Armed Forces Americas (AA)
  • Armed Forces Europe/Africa/Middle East (AE)
  • Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

Note: State and local regulations change frequently. If your state is on the restricted list and you believe this is an error, please contact us for clarification. Orders placed to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.

3. Order Processing Time

Our fulfillment team processes orders within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday).

  • Most orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours, depending on item availability and order volume
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended

Certain orders may be reviewed for additional verification to prevent fraud or shipping errors. If this applies to your order, we will contact you the same day.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use a network of trusted regional shipping partners to deliver your products securely and reliably.

Standard Shipping

  • Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days after fulfillment
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Expedited Shipping

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment
  • Cost: Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Adult Signature Requirement

In accordance with federal law (PACT Act) and state regulations, all packages containing vape-related products require an adult signature upon delivery.

Delivery Requirements:

  • An adult aged 21 years or older must be present to receive the package
  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at delivery
  • The recipient's age will be verified by the carrier before releasing the package
  • Packages cannot be left unattended or signed for by anyone under 21

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the carrier is unable to obtain an adult signature after multiple delivery attempts:

  • The package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup
  • If the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred

6. Shipping Addresses

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Types We Ship To:

  • ✓ Residential addresses
  • ✓ Business addresses (with someone available to sign)

Address Types We Cannot Ship To:

  • ✗ P.O. Boxes
  • ✗ APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • ✗ Freight forwarding services
  • ✗ Hotels or temporary addresses (unless verified)

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 72 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Before Processing:

If your order has not yet entered processing, we can usually cancel it at no cost.

Once Processed:

After an order is marked "Processing" or "Fulfilled" (i.e., picked, packed, or a shipping label has been created), cancellations at the customer's request will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Shipped Orders:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a package intercept or return is possible, carrier fees and the 15% restocking fee will apply
  • Some carriers may not allow package intercepts once the package is in transit

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

iVape is not responsible for packages that are lost after leaving our facility. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look for a delivery notice that may indicate an alternative delivery location
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • File a police report if you believe the package was stolen

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and being available to receive it
  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Considering shipping insurance for added protection

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos before opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue

10. Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier for any reason (refused delivery, unclaimed, incorrect address, failed age verification), a refund will be processed minus:

  • A 15% restocking fee
  • The original shipping charges
  • Any additional carrier return fees

11. Shipping Insurance

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for added protection against loss or damage during transit. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value orders.

12. Weather & Carrier Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues
  • High shipping volume during holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors. Please plan accordingly, especially when ordering during peak seasons.
