Orders & Payment
We process and ship orders within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday). Most orders placed before 2PM EST are shipped the same business day, depending on stock availability. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
An order will be marked as "Fulfilled" or "Shipped" once it has been fully processed and handed to the carrier. If your order still shows "Processing" or "Unfulfilled," it means we are preparing your package. Remember, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. Once an order is marked as "Processing" or "Fulfilled," we cannot cancel it. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Cancellations after processing may incur a 15% restocking fee.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if the order has already shipped, we will be unable to modify it. For assistance, please contact customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible.
According to our terms and conditions, only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.
If your discount code is not working, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The code has expired
- The code does not apply to the items in your cart
- The minimum order amount has not been met
- The code has already been used (single-use codes)

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order is processed and shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the United States to states where vape product delivery is permitted. Orders with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship to the following states:
- Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont
We also cannot ship to U.S. territories including Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. Due to the adult signature requirement, we need a physical address where someone 21+ can sign for the package.
In accordance with federal law (PACT Act), all packages containing vape products must be received by an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. This is required by law and cannot be waived. Packages cannot be left unattended.
If the carrier cannot obtain an adult signature after multiple delivery attempts:
- The package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup
- If returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs
We recommend tracking your package and being available to receive it.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received tracking info within 72 hours, please contact us.
Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if your address is incorrect. We can only change the address before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
iVape is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after leaving our facility. If your package is missing:
- Check tracking for delivery confirmation
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- File a police report if stolen
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible hardware items. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase

No, e-liquids, disposable vapes, pre-filled pods, and any opened items cannot be returned or refunded due to health regulations. This applies to all consumable vape products regardless of condition.
No, all sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. No exceptions. Please make sure you want the item before purchasing discounted products.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not open or use the incorrect item. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item once we receive the returned product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns due to customer error (wrong item ordered, changed mind) or items returned with missing packaging/accessories. Returns due to our error are not subject to restocking fees.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from iVape. This is required by federal law in the United States. All orders are verified using third-party age verification software.
When you place an order, your information (name, address, date of birth) is automatically verified against public records. If automatic verification fails, you may be asked to upload a valid government-issued ID for manual verification.
We accept the following valid, non-expired identification:
- State-issued Driver's License
- State-issued Identification Card
- U.S. Passport or Passport Card
- Military ID
Your order may be canceled if we cannot verify you are 21+ or if proper identification is not provided within the required timeframe. This is to comply with federal law. A full refund will be issued for orders canceled due to failed age verification.

Yes, all products sold at iVape are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
No, we currently do not offer free samples of any products. However, we frequently have sales and promotions where you can try new products at discounted prices.
We offer a variety of nicotine strengths including:
- 0% (Zero Nicotine) - Nicotine-free options
- Low Nicotine (up to 3%)
- High Nicotine (5%+)
- Adjustable Nicotine Devices

- Check for any blockages in the airflow
- Take gentle, slow puffs rather than hard draws
- Allow the device to rest between puffs
If the device is defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account offers benefits like order tracking, faster checkout, order history, and exclusive promotions.
