Return & Refund Policy

At iVape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on ivape.shop, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return Window

Our return policy allows 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for eligible items. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health regulations and the nature of our products, the following items CANNOT be returned or refunded:

  • E-Liquids: All e-liquid products, including bottled e-juice, are non-returnable
  • Disposable Vapes: All disposable vape devices cannot be returned once purchased
  • Pre-filled Pods and Cartridges: Any pre-filled pod systems or cartridges
  • Opened Items: Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Clearance Items: All clearance merchandise is sold as-is and is non-returnable
  • Bundle Deals: Discounted bundle packages cannot be returned for individual item refunds

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a claim for defective or damaged items, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging showing any visible damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item once we receive the returned product. Please do not open or use the incorrect item.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Once your order has left our facility and been dispatched, it CANNOT be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

7. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Important: Do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

9. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns in the following circumstances:

  • Orders returned due to customer error (ordered wrong item, changed mind, etc.)
  • Items returned with missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items that show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product

10. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items subject to restocking fees

11. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days of approval notification:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted

12. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

For exchanges of different products or variants, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

iVape is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over the carrier's handling of your package.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Check the tracking information for delivery confirmation and location
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • File a police report if you believe your package was stolen

We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

14. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the returned item is received and processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

15. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties. Refunds for international orders will be processed minus the original shipping cost.
